Purpose Behind the Platform

Ativa Health Pilot was built to eliminate the operational bottlenecks that prevent home health agencies from scaling and delay patients from receiving care.

By replacing fragmented paper driven workflows across intake documentation, clinical management, and clinician coordination with one automated system we remove administrative drag and unlock sustainable growth.

Our purpose is to give agencies the infrastructure to scale without limits and ensure every patient gets timely access to care.

Our Team

Prinston Pan

Founder

Prinston is a senior at Stanford University. He has firsthand exposure to more than 15 years of home health operations. He previously served as Business Development Lead at Context Inc., supporting the company’s $10M seed raised at $70M valuation and worked in Investment Banking at Wells Fargo.

Hyleigh Pan

Co-Founder

Hyleigh is a sophomore at Stanford University with experience at Dora Dearborn Partners assessing healthcare SaaS companies and shaping capital strategy, followed by investment banking at Piermont. She additionally brings strong exposure to home health dynamics.
